I cannot recommend Bay Area Moisture Control enough. We’ve had water problems in our basement, we have two sump pumps, and we installed a French drain in our crawl space. We spent lots of money without a solution to the problem, and we got estimates and proposals from many companies along the way. None of these helped. Bay Area Moisture Control took the time to figure out how to resolve our water issues. They installed a sump pump in our basement and a complicated piping system, and we’ve now gone through a very wet winter without any problems! And even better the prices are super reasonable, the workmanship was excellent, and Nory was responsive and really took the time to figure out our problem. We’re grateful that this company exists."
